A library, not a buffet.
HumanResourcely is a paid HR document library at launch. Individual templates, curated bundles, and an annual Library Pass. Every document is publicly previewable so search engines and prospective customers can see what they're buying; the complete editable file is gated behind purchase or — for a deliberate handful of high-volume consumer documents — an email opt-in.
The aesthetic is deliberate. Editorial restraint, sentence case, no exclamation marks, no stock photos of smiling people in headsets, no purple gradients, no "trusted by industry leaders" without specific names. We sell to HR managers and in-house counsel who have read enough thin templates to know what real ones look like.
Three commitments, kept evenly.
Every document is authored by a current HR practitioner or qualified specialist. Not a content factory. Names attached to material updates.
Each document is reviewed on a quarterly cycle against current law and current practice. The 'last updated' date on every page is the truth, not a marketing stamp.
US and AU at launch. Where the legal frame differs materially — state-specific contracts, pay-transparency, psychosocial safety — we ship variants. Where it doesn't, we keep one document.
The names behind the documents.
The editorial board reviews every document on the quarterly cycle and signs off on any clause that interacts with employment, IP, or consumer-protection law. Names published here once the board is fully constituted — we'd rather show real attribution than placeholder badges.
If you're an HR practitioner or employment counsel interested in joining the board, get in touch.
