Learning & Development software
Skills, courses, and compliance training — that people actually finish.
A learning management module covering compliance training (anti-harassment, safety, ethics), role-based skill development, and self-directed learning. Built for completion rates that don't embarrass the L&D function.

What this module actually does.
Learning management software is one of the most over-bought, under-used categories in HR tech. Companies buy comprehensive LMS platforms; employees ignore them; the L&D team reports completion rates that don't reflect real learning. The cycle continues.
Our L&D module starts from a different premise: most of what a person needs to know for their role is best learned in the role, from the people doing the work. The software's job is to support that — track who needs what training, surface who can teach what, and confirm the legally-required learning got done.
The first version focuses narrowly: compliance training (the legally-required courses), role-based onboarding modules (what every new sales rep needs to know in their first 30 days), and a manager-led learning workflow (assigned, conducted, signed off). Open content authoring and broad employee learning catalogues come later.
What you can actually do with it.
- 01Compliance training tracking — anti-harassment, safety, ethics, by jurisdiction
- 02Course authoring with video, text, and assessment components
- 03Role-based learning paths configured per job family
- 04Manager-led learning workflow: assign → conduct → sign off
- 05Completion tracking with automatic reminders and escalations
- 06Certificate generation for completed compliance training
- 07Skills matrix per role with gap analysis
- 08Quarterly skill review integrated with performance management
- 09Multi-jurisdiction compliance content (US, AU, UK)
- 10Mobile-responsive — completable on phone for field workers
The right fit, honestly.
Organisations with mandatory compliance training requirements (most US companies, all AU companies with WHS obligations) and any team where the cost of "we didn't train them on that" is high. Especially relevant for healthcare, financial services, construction, hospitality, and logistics.

What you might be wondering.
Is this a SCORM-compatible LMS?
Yes for the late-2027 release. We will support SCORM 1.2 and 2004 for imported content alongside our native course format.
Do you provide content or just the platform?
Our anti-harassment and anti-discrimination training comes built-in (US and AU versions). Role-specific content is for you to build or import. Third-party content libraries can be integrated.
How do you handle compliance training across multiple states or countries?
The platform tracks completion against the specific jurisdiction requirement — California sexual harassment training, NY Stop Hate training, AU WHS officer training, etc. — and surfaces what each employee still owes.
