Refunds

Refund policy.

A 7-day refund window. No argument. No friction.

Last updated:

The short version

Email us at hello@humanresourcely.com within 7 days of your purchase and we will refund without asking why. This applies to individual templates, bundles, and the Library Pass.

The longer version

We sell professionally drafted HR documents. The product is good if it fits your situation and not so good if it doesn't. We would rather refund the few who needed something different than have anyone hold a document they aren't using.

Individual templates and bundles

  • Full refund within 7 days of purchase, on request.
  • After 7 days, refunds are at our discretion — usually granted for genuine product issues (file corrupted, document materially different from the preview, etc.).
  • You keep any document you downloaded — we will not invalidate or remove access. The refund is the money back.

Library Pass

  • Full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal, on request. Library access ends with the refund.
  • After 7 days, no pro-rated refund for the year-in-progress. You can cancel future renewal at any time from your account — cancellation stops the next renewal but does not refund the current period.
  • Downloaded documents remain accessible to you on your local machine after access expires. The Pass does not delete or DRM-lock files.

Team Pass

Same 7-day window applies. After 7 days, contact us — Team Pass adjustments (seat changes, mid-term refunds) are handled case-by-case rather than by policy.

How to request

Reply to your receipt email or write to hello@humanresourcely.com from the email on the order. Include the order number from the receipt. We process refunds within 5 business days; your card issuer may take longer to reflect it.

A note before you act: these terms describe how HumanResourcely operates and the rights you have when you use the service. They are not legal advice for your business. If a question here touches your own contracts or compliance posture, ask us or talk to qualified counsel for your jurisdiction.
