- What's included in the Library Pass?
- Twelve months of access to every document in the library — currently 76 across 12 practice areas — including all jurisdiction variants for the US and AU and anything we release during your access year. The pass renews annually; cancellation stops the next renewal but does not revoke documents you have already downloaded.
- Can I use these documents for client work?
- Yes. The commercial licence permits use inside your own organisation and use for fee-paying client engagements you control. You may not resell the documents themselves or redistribute them under your own brand. Full terms in our licensing page.
- What is your refund policy?
- A 7-day refund window applies to individual documents, bundles, and the Library Pass. Email us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund without argument. After 7 days, refunds are not available.
- Do the documents work in Word and Google Docs?
- Every document ships in three formats: a .docx file, a signature-ready PDF, and a Google Docs link you can one-click copy to your own Drive. Pick whichever your workflow prefers.
- How often are documents updated?
- On a quarterly review cycle. Legal and HR practitioners review each document against current law and practice; any changes are republished and your library access picks up the new version automatically.
- Do you have a team plan?
- Yes — the Team Pass at $1,690/year for 5 seats with shared billing and individual sign-in, or $3,290/year for unrestricted internal seats inside one organisation.
